Women Scholarships for Global Executive MBA Program of HHL and EADA The wordwide trend of companies opening their positions in top management is increasing both the career opportunities for female managers and the demand for well-trained women with leadership competencies. In addition to the general management approach and the intercultural aspect with their new Global Executive MBA program, the German HHL – Leipzig Graduate School of Management and the Spanish Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración (EADA) business schools are now focusing on the topic of diversity in particular. HHL and EADA would like to send a convincing signal for a higher number of female managers. Among other things, the selection criteria for the scholarship of up to EUR 10,250 are the successful completion of the application process and an essay written in English. Women from all academic fields and nationalities applying for the 18-month part-time Global Executive MBA program, which starts in October and is taught entirely in English, qualify for this support. The application closing date for the scholarship is May 31, 2012.

The new Global Executive MBA program of HHL and EADA will focus on the peculiarities and similarities of business practices in Western European countries (especially Germany and Spain). In addition, participants will gain insight into the economy and culture of the Chinese, Brazilian and Indian markets. The tuition fees for the 18-month Executive MBA program, including course material, room and board during the residential weeks, amount to EUR 41,000. HHL – Leipzig Graduate School of Management

HHL is a university-level institution and ranks amongst the leading international business schools. EADA Business School (Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración) is an international business school located in Barcelona. It offers programs for Masters, MBA and Executive Education. EADA’s MBA program is ranked among the 100 best MBA programs in the world by The Economist and the Financial Times where for 2011 it ranks 84th worldwide.
