Germany’s HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management has now been approved by OSAP (Ontario Student Assistance Program), sponsored by the federal and Ontario provincial government to provide financial assistance in the form of grants and loans to Canadian citizens and permanent residents of Canada who are planning to start studies at Germany’s most traditional business school. Applicants for all HHL programs are eligible with the maximum amount depending on the personal circumstances of the candidates. The Master Program in General Management (MBA) at HHL
The MBA program offered by HHL, which is taught in English, is considered one of the best independently developed programs of this kind in Germany. The proportion of international students in this HHL program is approximately 80 percent, an outstanding figure in the global comparison of full-time MBA programs. Since its introduction in the year 2000, the full-time MBA program has focused on teaching management and leadership skills in a global context. The English-language Master in Management Program (M.Sc.) at HHL was ranked among the top of its kind in Germany according to the latest Financial Times Masters in Management Ranking. The program provides a basis for future management tasks and covers a wide variety of economic topics. Building on a Bachelor’s degree in economics, HHL attaches particular importance to teaching soft skills – courses such as Problem Solving & Communication, Negotiation or International Management Competencies represent an inherent part of the training. The 21 to 24-month full-time program offers eight fields of specialization, i.e. Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship, Advanced Economics and Advanced General Management.
