FOODSCAN- EU Project
(NL/2095274904) Development of an automated, novel biosensor platform for pesticide residue detection
FOODSCAN Project Consortium Partners met in Athens between 30th September- 2nd of October in order to summarise the development activities of the past 6 months, which led to the perfection of the final FOODSCAN prototype. Testing of FOODSCAN devices for pesticide residue detection sensitivity were performed and results were presented in the frame of a Technical Workshop.
During the Athens Meeting, representatives of SMEs were thoroughly trained by the experts of RTDs, by using cork, wine, cereals and nuts samples. We will keep both the end-users and interested industrial stakeholders, but also the public opinion informed about the actions foreseen after end of Project.
