“From my office it is just a five minute walk to the Sydney Opera House and three minutes to the Harbour Bridge,” says Jan Kadlec. The Slovak-born is working as Senior Consultant at Capgemini Australia. Within the Marketing, Sales and Services team, the MBA alumnus of HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management leads the Multichannel Management service offering. In his current project, Kadlec re-designs the customer establishment processes of a leading Australian bank. The objective of this project is to increase the anti-money laundering compliance rates and to improve the customer experience of the financial institution.
